Windows offline support for better models

Currently, the Ultra and Ultra Turbo models are not supported on any Windows hardware. While Super Whisper may have been adopted first by Apple users, the market for the product is mainly Windows users. Lack of support for high-quality offline models allows your competition to get there first.
