Vocabulary API/MCP

Being able to control the vocabulary via an API (or even MCP) would allow a deep integration with superwhisper and a PKM. Right now, maintaining a vocabulary list is cumbersome via the UI, even though I imagine many users of superwhisper have a lot of jargon that doesn't get transcribed correctly. Even more exciting would be _per mode_ vocabulary via API/MCP.
