Text Replacement with Snippets
Allow us to replace specific dictated trigger phrases with predefined text snippets.
Example with trigger phrase "add signature":
When I dictate
"Thanks for your help add signature"
This becomes
"Thanks for your help {Best regards, John Smith, Senior Developer}"
This would make it much easier to include common phrases, templates, and standardized text while dictating, without having to dictate repetitive content or manage it manually afterwards. Especially useful for email signatures, greetings, legal disclaimers, and other frequently used text blocks.
