Synchronize across devices

I just purchased Superwhisper and am pretty annoyed that this doesn't already exist, because this part of the website indicates that it DOES already exist: https://superwhisper.com/docs/get-started/settings-advanced Filesync When you enable this option, your Superwhisper configuration files will automatically sync across all installations registered under the same license. This implies that modes at least should sync, right? I was able to get around this limitation by simply copying the files from my iPhone (where I set up Superwhisper) and pasting them into the local file on my Mac. That all to say, really hoping this gets implemented soon. At the very least, please clarify on the website what current "Filesync" does and does not actually sync. I found this misleading, particularly since I think many of us are very used to settings seamlessly syncing across apps these days.

Honestly -> enterprise customer here I had "assumed" this was in place and a big reason we were looking at superwhisper. This actually made us open up for competitive bid. More of a red flag that this dates back as far as it does....

Is there an estimate of when this will be finished/released?

This is the main feature that's missing for me. Sync of modes, vocabulary and history across devices. Thank you! 🙏

New lifetime user, hope it gets implemented soon - and as in the Apple ecosystem hope it supports syncing via iCloud!

and I bought lifetime thinking sync was built in. my use case is iOS phone app -> windows PC app. could be file-based sync now if the app could just support bulk export. share to drive individually is painful and error prone as I could miss one. I tend to use google drive or one drive for sync to desktops and phones.

+1 badly need MODES and HISTORY to sync across macOS and iOS devices. Glad it's in progress.

if you create modes on the computer, on the Mac, and you create new modes, they don’t sync with the modes you have on the mobile version. So it may happen that you make a small change to the prompt, for example, on the Mac, and when you go to use it on the phone it’s still the old version. What I did was copy the prompts, the modes I have on desktop, and paste them directly into the phone. would love to see that too

Agreed. I just turned on Filesync on the desktop mac app, only to realize it doesn't do anything to sync to iOS instances of Superwhisper.

Sync between all device types (iOS, Windows, etc). This is one of the biggest drawbacks to Superwhisper. I hope this will be added.

iCloud-based sync would be ideal.

This feature is so needed. Also you need an enterprise/team licence with SSO to which seats can be easily added by the admin. I'm already recommending this soft to coworkers, I could definitely see companies buying licences to this soft.

I need to be able to sync between my Mac and my iPhone. The killer for me is not being able to sync modes between the two devices.

Sync across devices is available between any of your Macs!

The ability to sync settings, modes, and vocabulary has just been released with the latest version of Super Whisper on the Mac. Currently, we can sync the settings across Mac systems only. Hoping to see the option to sync across platforms soon in a later update.

Echoing that this is such a pain right now! I craft long, complex task-specific prompts and iterate till things work exactly how I'd like. I now have to copy via notes to iOS and then establish the prompt. It would also be nice to reorder the prompts.

This one is painful not to have...I have a massive Drafts document where I keep my prompts and examples in markdown and have to copy/paste between devices...any ETA on this??
