Support GPT-5 on macOS

https://openai.com/index/introducing-gpt-5-for-developers/ Could be interesting trying all 4 models, the model seems to be very good at following instructions which would be helpful but playing around with model sizes and reasoning level (and the non-reasoning chat model) would be useful to get the right latency you’re looking for.
