POINT 1: I sometimes have fairly complex phone calls, and I mean work calls where important things are said, or more technical calls where, speaking with technicians, they explain procedures—for instance, how to handle the alarm system, what to press, which button to press under certain conditions. POINT 2: it can also happen that you need to record calls, online meetings, or virtual sessions that then need to be summarized. It’s true there are programs that do that directly, but maybe Superwhisper could already capture the audio and then return it in a formatted, more readable way.
