Retry transcription after timeout

It seems as though if there is some sort of network timeout either in the transcription or language model phase, the application just stalls and then eventually times out and exits. I prefer if SuperWhisper enabled you to set some sort of timeout, 5 or 10 seconds, where after that point in time it would cancel all open TCP connections and attempt to re-transcribe and re-send the information to the language model.
