Premature sentence periods and merging of next two words in lower case

Hi - reporting two related transcription issues in the last few days. Mac M4 (128GB), latest Superwhisper, tried both Parakeet Multilingual and Whisper Large V3 Turbo voice models, tried both GPT-5 mini and GPT 5.1 language models. Issue persists across all combinations.Symptom 1: mid-sentence period inserted, with the next word merged with the one after it and presented in lowercase. Example: "and I are all on" comes out as "and I. are allon". Looks like an LLM-rewriting artifact, not speech-to-text.Symptom 2: trailing "thank you", "okay", "I like it" appended to the end of recordings, classic Whisper YouTube-training hallucination.Have tried: Remove Silence toggle, app reinstall, voice model swap, language model swap, restarting recording context. Strengthening the mode prompt to address these explicitly hasn't held. Started in the last few days; wasn't doing this before.Anyone else seeing this since recent app updates?
