Option to lower volume while recording

Currently the options while you are recording are Keep Playing, Pause, Mute, and Mute & Pause. I am suggesting that there be a Lower Volume option that lowers the volume of your music or whatever's playing in the background while you're recording and then brings it back to normal when you're done recording.As a developer, i'm always listening to music while I'm working and while I'm using this tool, I'm almost always using music. And I feel like when I use the pause option, it takes me a little bit out of my flow. And when I use the keep playing option, the music just feels a little bit too loud for me to think.
