Toggle Off Claude Code Plugin Agent When Claude Desktop Focused

I program within the Claude Code (desktop). I don't want the superwhisper claude agent plugin creating a pop-up window when I'm already working within Claude Code (desktop). I don't need Superwhisper bringing my attention back to these Claude conversations since I'm already working on them within the claude app at that moment. It'd be great if these pop-up windows could be toggled to not appear when you're already working within Claude Code (desktop). They only appear when this Claude Code (desktop) app is not in focus, such as when I'm focused on Google Chrome or Slack apps.

My experience: I enabled the alert chat popup. The features is cool but not useful all the time. First I hate that it just popsup while I am doing something else "some times". Then I can't find a way to fully disable once installed.
