Native Microsoft Azure Speech / MAI-Transcribe Support

I’d like to request native support for Microsoft Azure Speech / Microsoft Foundry transcription models, particularly MAI-Transcribe-2. It is currently ranked as the top cloud transcription model by several benchmarks.
