Good Product But Slow

I just want to say that I think you built a great product. Particularly, what I love is the customization, where I can, for example, only use toggle speech. That part is really good.I think the problem is, compared with other products in general, even the pro models are kind of slow. They often, especially in environments that are not necessarily noisy but, for example, with a running AC, quickly degrade the quality of transcription and they tend not to organize the transcribed text. For example, bullets, spacing, and paragraphs are often lost. It's also not necessarily always good at detecting very common acronyms, particularly for use in Claude Code settings, so for example SQL, JSON, etc., are often mis-transcribed.
