Enable rich-text output and context controls in Custom Mode (bold, formatting on paste, reply/new email styles)
Custom Mode currently pastes plain text only. For email workflows, I need the AI to produce rich text (at least bold) so key points are immediately scannable. Also, I can’t fully customize tone and context (e.g., different rules for new email vs reply in a thread, automatic [Greeting] [Name] start, language detection from the current thread).

I completely agree with Jorge. As a Pro user, the lack of native Rich Text (RTF) clipboard injection in Custom Mode is currently the biggest bottleneck in my daily email workflow. When trying to produce scannable emails, the app currently outputs raw Markdown asterisks (**) instead of real formatted bold text. Furthermore, there is a major side effect: if you try to manually copy the text from the history/assistant window while using the app in Dark Mode, it carries over the white font color style. When you paste it into a light-themed email client like Apple Mail, the text becomes completely white-on-white (invisible) unless you manually reformat it to black. Having native Rich Text / Markdown-to-HTML conversion on paste is vital for business use cases. I really hope the team prioritizes this soon!
