Enable Back-to-Back Meeting Recording Workflow

Users who run many consecutive meetings cannot start a new recording until the previous session finishes processing (which usually takes minutes). This creates workflow interruptions using the tool. It would be helpful to support continuous recording sessions by allowing meeting processing/transcription to occur later or in the background. Possible solutions include: • Deferring processing of a completed recording and placing it into a queue for later conversion. • Allowing new sessions to begin immediately while previous ones process asynchronously. • Providing a “process later” or “background processing” option at the end of each recording. This capability would remove workflow bottlenecks and enable uninterrupted use of the tool during high-volume meeting days.
