Don't force the copied frame buffer out of memory when pasting in the transcript

The fact that while I'm talking I generally am doing other work, and a lot of times I'll select a bunch of text with the intention of pasting it in after the end of what I'm saying. I get to the end, it pastes the transcript in the window, and then I hit Command-V and it just pastes in the transcript again, and I've completely lost what I went and copied. This is not the way that, say, Wispr Flow functions, and it is also pretty easy to manage in the same way that any of the clipboard applications work. It doesn't seem like it would be much of a problem to just paste in the transcript and then copy what I had copied back into the clipboard buffer. Otherwise, it's completely unusable in a production environment.
