Bulk addition of text replacements from csv file

Please enable bulk addition of text and their replacements in a CSV file. I have thousands of such pairs, so manual entry one pair at a time would be too tedious: (e.g., https://github.com/MooersLab/voice-in-plus-commands/blob/mai…). It would be great if the replacement text can span multiple lines. This would enable the use of voice commands to insert various kinds of text templates like tables and lists, and it would enable the insertion of code blocks in analogy to code snippets. One could use these voice commands to write in LaTeX (e.g., https://github.com/MooersLab/latex-voice-in), Markdown, Org-mode, ReStructuredText, HTML, and so on.
