Add Support for Azure OpenAI and Custom Speech/LLM Models

Hello team, I appreciate Superwhisper’s voice-to-text features, but I'd like to integrate my own AI models via Azure OpenAI and other custom endpoints. The app currently includes a field for specifying an OpenAI endpoint, but Azure-hosted or custom LLM models don't connect properly. It would be extremely helpful if Superwhisper could provide explicit support for: - Azure OpenAI endpoints (chat completion and speech-to-text) using a user's own subscription. - General LLM endpoints (self-hosted or other providers). - Custom speech-to-text models beyond OpenAI's default. This would allow users to leverage their own infrastructure within the Superwhisper interface. Thank you for considering this feature!
